Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant (Spanish/English) — Evening & Weekend Coverage Description: EZ MD Solutions is hiring two experienced Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistants to provide after-hours and weekend support for a US-based home care provider. Remote, stable weekly schedule, long-term placement. Schedule — state which position you are applying for: Position A — Weekday Evenings: Mon–Fri, 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM CST (22.5 hrs/week) Position B — Weekends: Sat & Sun, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST (18 hrs/week) Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and messages from clients, families and caregivers Schedule, confirm and reschedule caregiver visits Handle intake enquiries and log them accurately in the system Escalate urgent matters to the on-call supervisor per written protocol Maintain accurate documentation and close out open items before shift end Requirements: Fully bilingual Spanish and English — hard requirement, you will switch languages on every call Prior experience in non-skilled home care, caregiving, or home care agency support (not clinical or nursing) Proven ability to work independently with no live supervision Warm, confident phone manner with distressed callers Reliable high-speed internet with backup connection, computer, headset, private quiet space Comfortable working as an independent contractor Preferred: US healthcare scheduling or EHR experience · call centre or patient coordination background · previous remote work for a US company Skills to tag: Spanish, English, Home Care, Customer Service, Appointment Scheduling, Virtual Assistant, Call Center, Healthcare Administration
