Requirements and responsibilities

• Conceiving and implementing concepts to help increase the brand’s exposure, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion • Collaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements • Directing and motivating teams of social media, illustrators, copywriters, graphic designers etc. to help them use their talents effectively • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas • Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own • Determine and monitor production schedules and provide work direction to staff • Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and recommending changes to art, copywriting, and production departments. • Develop marketing strategies by examining company objectives and planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising. • Keep clients informed by compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing results and forwarding plan projections and updates. • Monitor, revise, and improve marketing plan and quality results by studying creative processes, analyzing campaign results, and implementing necessary changes.
