Responsibilities & more

• Assist instructors in eXp University by setting up Auditoriums prior to each session and providing information in a chat box • Schedule recordings and live streams for University sessions • Edit and post recordings in eXp University Library • Maintain and manage the eXp University Library Catalog • Train instructors in the use of our virtual World presentation tools and stage commands • Provide customer service to University Instructors • Support content creators on the front end--guiding them through the production process with outlines, slide decks, etc. • Schedule instructors for upcoming sessions, breakouts, special events, etc. • Work alongside Agent Development Managers to develop relationships with agents and thought leaders to increase our Presenter Database • Work with University Certification teams to assist with certification sessions and with the certification process • Creating marketing materials for classes and sessions and creating a schedule for posting on our internal communication system, Workplace by Facebook • Manage and update the eXp Education Calendar.
