🔵 Requirements:
◽ At least five years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role within an early-stage software start-up.
◽ Strong background in software development, system administration, and cloud infrastructure.
◽ Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
◽ Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
◽ In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
◽ Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
◽ Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.
◽ Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices.
◽ Expertise with monitoring and logging tools for proactive issue detection and resolution.
◽ Capability to collaborate effectively with development and operations teams.
◽ Problem-solving attitude with a focus on automation for operational efficiency.

◽ We regularly update our salary and equity ranges using reliable industry compensation surveys. New hire offers consider factors like experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
→ US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $105,000 - $130,000/year.
→ US employees outside these areas: $90,000 - $115,000/year.
