✅ Responsibilities: • Design, administer, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor PayCaddy cloud infrastructure in either AWS or Azure cloud-based environment. • Planning, deployment, administration, managing, and troubleshooting Azure Active Directory. • Planning, deployment, and management of Microsoft Endpoint Manager. • Planning, deployment, and management of Microsoft Endpoint Security. • Vast knowledge of mac and windows operating systems. • Assist with projects and escalations and provide technical support when applicable. • Perform any other duties as may be required. ✅ Requirements: * You should be able to understand articles or reports in English. * Either Computer Science degree or AWS Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect - Associate Level) • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent related education and professional experience, Post-graduate degree in the relevant field of expertise preferred. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Level are added advantages; Professional Level highly desired Microsoft certified: MCSE or MCSA. • Certification in Linux Administration will be added advantage. • Other industry certifications (such as CCNA, Network+, etc.) would be advantageous.
