Seeking an experienced Java Team Lead with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, design, testing, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, with expertise in either Identity Management (ID) or Payment Systems. Additionally, the candidate should possess leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or technical leadership role, and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and guide a team of developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java developers specializing in either Identity Management (ID) solutions or Payment Systems, depending on the specific project focus.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance applications in either the Identity Management or Payment Processing domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and improve team performance.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery by following best practices, coding standards, and conducting thorough code reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback and promote continuous improvement in development practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols (particularly in the Payment Systems domain).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in either Identity Management solutions or Payment Systems, Financial Technologies, or related fields.
- 3+ years in a leadership role, guiding, mentoring, and managing a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of Identity Management systems, Payment Processing protocols, or related technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
