In this role, you will drive the risk intelligence insights related to security vulnerabilities and security gaps in all Zscalers products and clouds. Our mission is to provide actionable insights on security risk to key business stakeholders, including C-suite, enterprise board and key engineering leaders. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will define and drive implementation for data-driven insights, experiment with data, and drive adoption of data reports that impact our product teams. You will partner with product management and data engineering to provide meaningful reports and business intelligence for our product teams and reduce risk for our customers. Responsibilities: - Define the vision for the team’s business intelligence reports, including vulnerability and security disclosures and statistics - Build a cohesive risk story for the company that is actionable for key engineering and business stakeholders - Lead the generation of insights to drive remediation of risk, including acquiring and cleaning data from different sources, defining and populating data models, analyzing risk data sets to produce insights, building dashboards and reports, and driving data disclosure with key stakeholders - Partner with the risk data engineering team to instrument, acquire, develop and present risk datasets that are meaningful in increasing the Zscaler product security posture - Work cross-functionally with product management and data engineering teams to implement solutions for risk data collection and enrichment across the company - Operate in an Agile development environment
