We are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to join our team and focus on marketplace performance initiatives. As part of the Operations Data team, you will work closely with other data analysts, scientists, and engineers to uncover actionable insights and drive forward-looking opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work with large, interesting data sets and contribute to the dynamic landscape of marketplace performance. If you are a problem solver with an analytical mindset and a passion for harnessing data, we want you to be a part of our team! Responsibilities: - Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities - Deep diving into data to uncover actionable insights for known and unknown problems - Contributing to the dynamic landscape of marketplace performance by taking on project-oriented roles in various sub-domains - Effectively aligning with Marketplace Performance Managers and Data Ops Leads on initiatives and data discoveries - Working with large, interesting data sets including historical, real-time, and third-party data streams - Bringing new insights and championing them using dashboards and good storytelling - Connecting the requirements of the Marketplace Performance teams with the expertise of the data team with regards to partner or tool implementations, tracking, aggregations, and continuous improvement of data structure in the DWH
