You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of tasks, driving key performance indicators, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.What you'll doLead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established processes.Manage and mentor a team of Specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative team environment.Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targetsDesign and implement performance improvement plans for team members who require such assistanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination across departments.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and streamline workflows.Continuously assess and optimize operational procedures to enhance productivityAct as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.Communicate with Senior Operations Manager/s and Head of Operations to ensure projects are on track.Monitor and produce regular performance reportsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations team.What you'll needMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.A track record of running performance improvement plansProven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.Demonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership skillsGreat spreadsheet skills are an advantageFamiliarity with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but is not a hard requirementShould be willing to work with creative people.Should be willing to report onsite every day.Should be open to working in a mid-shift.Job benefitsPhp 45-60k monthly (including incentives)Transportation allowance provided20% night differential (if applicable)Health Insurance (Day 1 HMO w/ dependents)Free daily mealsPaid Time OffCompany Equity
