We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Luxury Concierge opportunity. As a Luxury Concierge, you, with your entrepreneurial and visionary mindset, will be responsible for booking amazing travel experiences for corporate and leisure (HNW) clients to destinations worldwide. This position is excellent for anyone who loves to travel and is a tastemaker for the finer things. * Roles & Responsibilities: * Research, create, and execute tailored experiences and recommendations for clients. * Review individuals' preferences for travel and experiential choices to ensure you can curate a trip that is "Instagramable" and specially designed to meet their needs. * Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certifications to book travel. * Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations. * Create promotional materials to utilize. * Monitor CDC and travel restrictions that are publicized. * Book travel needs (air charters, ground transportation, hotel/resort accommodations, cruise/yachting, optional excursions with ticket/event sales, etc.). * Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel. * Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients. * Network with hospitality agents and tour operators regarding excursions that you can offer to clients. * Part-time or full-time. * Requirements: * Be authorized to work within the United States. * Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus). * Personal travel experience is a huge plus. * Previous experience working with corporate executives and/or HNW individuals. * Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus. * Entrepreneurial mindset. * Self-motivation and a positive attitude. * Confident and comfortable with business development. * Benefits: * Extensive training and certification provided. * Travel perks. * 1099 / Independent contractor. * Fully remote/telecommute.
