Your Role: As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our team’s success. You’ll build a strong pipeline of opportunities, foster lasting client relationships, and ensure the seamless delivery of training programs that create real impact. From the initial contact through to program follow-up, you’ll guide clients toward achieving their goals while contributing to the continued growth and success of our team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our range of training programs. Bring a "fire in the belly" to actively seek out new business possibilities and contribute directly to revenue expansion. - Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with new clients. Understand their training and development needs and become their go-to resource for solutions. - Ensure Project Success & Provide Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the entire client engagement. Manage training program delivery to ensure projects are on time and within scope. Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular, informative status updates to all stakeholders. - Sales Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system. Utilize data analysis to continuously improve our sales processes and strategies. - Commit to Professional Development: Embrace a growth mindset by actively seeking opportunities to develop your technical skills, improve process outcomes, and enhance your human relations and leadership abilities. What We're Looking For: - A proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment. - Comfort and proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). - A willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - Positive energy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
