Position Overview:
We are hiring three Sales Representatives to assist prospective students interested in technical training programs. You will handle inbound leads, guide them through the enrollment process, and close enrollments over the phone. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a sales-oriented mindset focused on helping individuals take the next step in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of inbound warm leads (90%) and perform targeted outbound follow-ups (10%) to engage and convert prospective students.
* Execute a one-call close process, asking for and securing the sale during the first conversation.
* Provide consultative support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping prospective students understand course offerings.
* Use the Go High Level CRM to track leads, log interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
* Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably phone-based (inbound or outbound).
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
* Confidence in closing deals and asking for the sale.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a target-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience in course enrollment, education sales, or vocational training.
* Knowledge of the HVAC or appliance repair industries.
* Experience working with U.S.-based customers or education markets.
