Above all, we’re driven by a shared belief in what we’re building and the people we’re building it with.We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team who will take ownership from day one and is eager to work alongside smart, dedicated, and fun people passionate about solving the complex challenges of building our product.Responsibilities:Manage complex cloud and on-premise deployments, setting up new deployments and optimizing existing deployments.Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide solutions to complex challenges, and implement these requirements in collaboration with our engineering team.Plan, coordinate and execute implementation project plans from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and customer expectations are met.Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering and resolving technical queries and assisting with the completion of security questionnaires.Assist in creating technical documentation, such as product manuals, FAQs, and integration guides.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in enterprise search and AI.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role, preferably in enterprise software, legal technology, search, document management, or related AI sectors.Understanding of Linux system administration, Kubernetes deployments, database administration, and/or Software engineering.Strong Proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang or Java.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building customer relationships.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.What you can look forward to:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the legaltech and AI spaceCollaborative and supportive work environmentPotential for professional growth and advancement within the companyCompetitive salary and equity packageClosing notesWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
