Responsibilities

Job Title: Executive Assistant (Psychology Background Required) Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Remote-first, with occasional in-person attendance). About the Role: * We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and emotionally intelligent Model Manager to act as a vital bridge between our Social Media Team and our roster of models and influencers. This role combines scheduling, coordination, and personal support — all while navigating the unique and dynamic personalities of our talent. * A background in Psychology is essential to this role, as many of our models require a manager who not only handles logistics, but also approaches communication and collaboration with empathy, intuition, and discretion. * This is a remote-first position, but occasional in-person presence will be required for photoshoots, fittings, events, or one-on-one support. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary liaison between the Social Media team and assigned models/influencers. * Support models and influencers with personal and professional scheduling, including: * Photoshoots, brand campaigns, meetings. * Personal appointments (therapy, doctor, wellness, etc.). * Coordinate photoshoot logistics: location, timing, wardrobe, styling, and creative direction. * Collaborate with the content team to ensure model availability aligns with campaign needs. * Provide emotional and logistical support to talent, adapting to their specific communication styles and sensitivities. * Assist in wardrobe curation and outfit coordination for shoots and events. * Be physically present at key moments (e.g., shoot days, travel, public appearances). * Maintain confidentiality, boundaries, and professionalism at all times. Qualifications: * Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (required). Applicants from other backgrounds would not be considered for the role. * Experience in talent management, influencer coordination, or social media environments. * High emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Familiarity with fashion, social media content cycles, and influencer culture is a plus. * Comfort with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, WhatsApp, Calendly, etc.). * Based in Guadalajara, with flexibility for in-person work when needed. What We Offer: * A dynamic and creative team. * Flexible remote-first work environment. * Opportunities to work closely with rising talent and high-visibility campaigns. If you're passionate about people, psychology, and the world of fashion and influencers — and you know how to keep things running smoothly even in high-emotion environments — we'd love to hear from you.
