Requirements and responsibilities

Location: LATAM or EST Timezone (Remote) Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with experience in Shopify or e-commerce projects to join our remote team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building strong client relationships, and have a sharp eye for project success, this role is for you! Responsibilities - Manage client relationships across multiple Shopify/e-commerce projects. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. - Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure client goals are met. - Provide strategic guidance to clients to help grow their online businesses. Requirements - Proven experience as an Account Manager in Shopify or e-commerce projects. - Excellent English communication skills (near-native level) - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple clients. - Must be located in Latin America or EST timezone. - Available to work EST business hours.
