The coordinator will be responsible for analyzing quality performance, providing feedback to raters, and participating in training and support activities. This is a part-time freelance position with the opportunity for professional growth and support from the company's community team. Responsibilities: - Analyze data on quality performance and produce statistical quality reports - Complete internal assessments - Provide feedback on blind test ranges and queries from the team - Provide ad-hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices - Flag raters that show behavioral concerns - Analyze RCAs provided by resources and request clarifications - Participate in the creation/review of new training material - Keep track of data and analyze it - Attend meetings with stakeholders - Monitor raters' queries - Perform other program-specific tasks as needed
