About Us: 11th Hour Coffee is a specialty coffee company rooted in community, creativity, and beautiful chaos. We run two cafés, a roasting operation, and a growing content arm spanning short-form social, cinematic storytelling, and a podcast called "Naked With Your Neighbors". We’re building something that lasts—and looks good while doing it. The Role: We’re looking for a freelance video editor with a strong visual style and sharp instincts for what’s working "right now". You’ll be editing TikToks, Reels, and podcast episodes—sometimes from loose scripts, sometimes from chaos. You’ll also help storyboard new concepts and bring creative ideas to life alongside our in-house team. You’re a fit if you: ● Are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro (and working with proxies). ● Have a strong sense of pacing, tone, and narrative. ● Know how to cut for "emotion", not just speed. ● Use transitions, text, speed ramps, and color with intention. ● Are up-to-date on TikTok/Instagram trends and audio. ● Can color grade for multiple styles (natural, cinematic, punchy, etc.). ● Are organized and communicative. ● Can occasionally take loose footage and make magic. ● Can do light sound design or and captions. Bonus Points If You: ● Have experience cutting multi-cam podcast video. ● Have a love for coffee. Details: ● Remote. ● Part-time freelance. ● Flexible schedule, fast turnaround when needed.
