Job Title: ERP Order Coordinator (Manufacturing) (HR31983). Location: Remote (Philippines preferred). Salary Range: 1200 to 2000 USD. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Night shift PHT). Note: Independent Contractor Position. Position Overview: The ERP Order Coordinator will play a key role in supporting order entry, tracking, and ERP-based operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is essential for ensuring smooth coordination between teams and accurate processing within ERP systems. The coordinator will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest workflow improvements when needed. Key Responsibilities: * Input, manage, and track customer orders in the company’s ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle). * Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments. * Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues. * Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments. * Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines. * Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy. * Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging environments. * Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent). * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability to work U.S. hours (EST) in a remote environment. Nice-to-Haves: * Experience in the flexible packaging industry. * Familiarity with U.S.-based manufacturing or supply chain processes. * Experience working with remote or international teams. * Background in process improvement or operations analysis.
