Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Customer Service: - Manage and respond to inbound website leads and inquiries. - Follow up with prospective residents and families. - Schedule tours and coordinate with facility staff. - Maintain and update CRM systems accurately. - Track lead sources and lead conversion activity. - Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and SMS communication. - Participate in marketing-related calls and meetings. Accounts Receivable & Administrative Support: - Assist with billing follow-ups and collections. - Support accounts receivable activities and payment tracking. - Coordinate with internal teams regarding outstanding balances. - Maintain organized documentation and reporting. - Participate in AR calls and operational meetings. Research & Coordination: - Build and maintain lists of hospitals, nursing homes, referral sources, schools, churches, and community organizations near facility locations. - Assist with outreach and relationship-building initiatives. - Support ongoing operational and marketing projects as needed. Qualifications: - Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Experience in lead generation, customer support, sales, or collections preferred. - Comfortable speaking with clients and prospects over the phone and on video calls. - Organized with strong attention to detail. - Experience using CRM systems and administrative tools. - Ability to multitask and work independently. - Professional demeanor and strong follow-up skills. Preferred Experience: - Healthcare, senior care, medical, or facility-related experience is a plus. - Accounts receivable or billing experience preferred. - Experience in sales follow-up or lead conversion is highly preferred.
