About the Role: - We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead and own product areas end-to-end in an innovative AI-native platform company. - This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact in a $2 trillion industry. - You will work closely with a world-class engineering team, engage with customers, and make strategic decisions on what gets built. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a product pod from customer discovery to roadmap execution, delivery, and post-launch iteration. - Serve as the bridge between engineering, design, and business, translating customer needs into clear specifications and architecture decisions. - Prototype and validate ideas using AI coding tools, providing concrete starting points for engineering. - Define success metrics for initiatives and drive iterations until desired outcomes are achieved. - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape product positioning and influence deal cycles. Must-Have Requirements: - 5–10 years of experience in product management or a closely related field (e.g., forward-deployed engineering). - Proven track record in B2B SaaS, specifically within startups or growth-stage companies. - Demonstrated experience in 0-to-1 product ownership – launching new products or features. - Technical fluency to prototype with AI coding tools, read codebases, and contribute to architecture discussions. - Ability to write clear, concise, and decision-driving specs that engineers value. - U.S.-based and authorized to work without visa sponsorship. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, mortgage/lending, insurtech, or healthcare. - Background as a software engineer or forward-deployed engineer, indicating technical credibility with engineering teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Working knowledge of LLM concepts (prompting, evals, retrieval, fine-tuning) and experience shipping AI-powered features. - Data fluency for pulling dashboards, defining success metrics, and driving post-launch iteration from quantitative signals. Compensation: - Competitive salary range of $170K - $250K, plus equity for exceptional candidates.
