We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support a project-based engagement. This is a remote-only role, ideal for someone who can build powerful CRM systems, automate client journeys, and implement AI-driven workflows.ResponsibilitiesSet up and optimize GoHighLevel funnels, pipelines, and CRM systems.Build automation workflows for lead capture and conversion.Implement AI-powered automation for email, SMS, and client follow-ups.Create landing pages, forms, and booking systems.Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, calendars, payment gateways, etc.).Design intelligent follow-up sequences to improve lead response rates.Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation systems for performance.RequirementsProven experience with GoHighLevel (must-have).Strong understanding of CRM automation and sales funnels.Hands-on experience with email + SMS automation workflows.Familiarity with AI tools for automation and personalization.Ability to work independently on project-based scopes.Strong problem-solving and system-thinking mindset.Nice to HaveAgency or SaaS automation experience.Experience building AI-assisted marketing workflows.Strong UI/UX sense for funnel design and conversion optimization.Send your experience, relevant projects, and examples of GoHighLevel automation systems you’ve built.
