We are looking for an experienced IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise workload automation environment.Key Requirements:3–5+ years of dedicated IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS/IWA/Tivoli Workload Scheduler) administration experienceStrong expertise with MDM, BMDM, DWC, Dynamic Agents, FTAs, and High Availability architecturesExperience with IWS installation, upgrades, migrations, patching, and troubleshootingStrong Linux administration skills (RHEL 8+)Experience with Python, Bash/Shell scripting, and Ansible automationKnowledge of WebSphere Liberty, SSL/TLS, Oracle databases, SQL, AWS, and Secrets Management toolsHands-on experience with conman, composer, planman, JNextPlan/FINAL processes, and production scheduling operationsEnvironment Highlights:28,000+ unique daily jobs350,000+ daily job executions44 production serversEnterprise-scale scheduling infrastructureWe are looking for candidates to support the environment with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time with rotating on-call support.
