Hiring: Senior Frontend Engineer (React + Tailwind). Remote | $20–$45/hr | Contract. Are you passionate about crafting beautiful, high-performance user interfaces? Our client is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who thrives at the intersection of design and engineering—someone who can turn complex ideas into seamless, pixel-perfect experiences. What You’ll Do: - Build and scale modern, responsive web applications using React and Tailwind CSS. - Transform design concepts into clean, consistent, and pixel-perfect UIs. - Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. - Optimize frontend performance and ensure smooth, fast-loading applications. - Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system and component library. - Champion accessibility and usability best practices across the product. - Communicate clearly and proactively in a fully remote, distributed team. What We’re Looking For: - Strong experience building complex applications with React & JavaScript. - Deep expertise in Tailwind CSS and modern responsive design principles. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces. - Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization. - Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Passion for building accessible, maintainable, and scalable web apps.
