This role blends forensic accounting, data analytics, and operational insight to uncover trends, assess risk, and provide visibility into future financial performance.The successful candidate will help shift financial management from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making across projects and program portfolios. This position requires the ability to work North America business hours while collaborating effectively with global teams.ResponsibilitiesConduct forensic reviews of financial data to detect discrepancies, cost drivers, and margin exposureBuild and maintain forecasting models for revenue, expenses, and profitabilityDeliver forward-looking insights to support strategic and operational decisionsDevelop and enhance cost allocation approaches across regions and programsPartner with Finance, PMO, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyCreate dashboards and visual reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) for leadership stakeholdersIntegrate and analyze data from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive financial viewCollaborate cross-functionally to drive financial strategy and performance improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related disciplineAt least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, forensic accounting, or FP&AStrong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience working with large and complex datasetsPreferred QualificationsExperience with forensic accounting or financial investigationsExposure to data science concepts or statistical analysisWorking knowledge of tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Power BIExperience within technology, telecom, or services-based environmentsFamiliarity with project financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Kantata, or similar)Core CompetenciesExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsForward-looking and solution-oriented mindsetStrong communication and presentation abilitiesSelf-starter who can work effectively in a distributed, global environmentWork EnvironmentFully remote with flexible locationMust be available during North America business hoursFrequent collaboration with cross-functional and international teamsAdNet is built on the foundation of unconditional Acceptance and Belonging in our practices, processes, and relationships.
