You manage inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective clients through the admissions process, and convert inquiries into enrollments — with empathy, urgency, and professionalism. This role blends consultative sales, client care, and coordination. The right person holds space for people in difficult moments while still moving the process forward.What You'll DoRespond to all new inquiries same-day via phone and emailConduct consultative intake calls to assess needs, gather information, and determine program fitManage a personal admissions pipeline from first contact through enrollment; report pipeline status weeklyMeet and exceed individual enrollment targetsComplete outbound follow-up on warm leads, pending applications, and stalled prospectsSchedule enrollment appointments with at least 48 hours notice; keep team updated on changesEnsure all enrollment documentation is complete and filed by end of business on enrollment dateMaintain same-day CRM documentation on all contacts and activityBuild and maintain referral source relationships over time; document all contact same-dayWhat We're Looking For2+ years in behavioral health admissions, healthcare sales, recruiting, or a high-volume client-facing roleTrack record of meeting or exceeding conversion or enrollment targetsFamiliarity with the behavioral health or treatment industry preferredCRM proficiency requiredConsultative communicator — you listen first, then guideEmpathetic and steady in emotionally charged conversationsHighly responsive, self-directed, and accountable in a remote environmentEducationBachelor's degree encouraged; minimum 24 college credit hours required.CompensationCompetitive base + performance incentives | Fully Remote
