Role Overview:
We are looking for a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager who can help grow our SaaS and AI solutions across the trucking and logistics space. This role combines business development, outbound sales, partnerships, and growth marketing in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow SpotterLabs’ SaaS and AI products within the trucking and logistics industry.
- Build and manage outbound and inbound lead generation pipelines.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with fleet owners, logistics companies, and transportation partners.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, demos, and business development meetings.
- Support and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize growth strategies.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to align customer needs with business goals.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities within transportation and logistics.
- Prepare sales proposals, outreach materials, and marketing content for prospective clients.
- Represent the company in networking opportunities, online events, and industry-related engagements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B client acquisition.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in trucking, logistics, SaaS, AI, or transportation industries is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling SaaS or technology products.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or operational software solutions.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns and analytics.
