At Virtual Podiatry Partners, we help physician practices across the U.S. operate more efficiently through specialized healthcare staffing solutions. Our teams support everything from insurance verification and prior authorizations to scheduling, patient communications, and administrative workflows. We're growing, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager who will help drive that growth. What you'll do - Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare prospects across the U.S. - Generate opportunities through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and outbound outreach. - Build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, and strategic partners. - Lead discovery conversations and support the sales process through closing. - Collaborate directly with company leadership to identify new growth opportunities. What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales. - Experience selling into the U.S. market. - Advanced or near-native English (C1/C2). - Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers. - Self-starter who enjoys creating opportunities, not just managing existing ones. Nice to have - Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, staffing, consulting, or SaaS. - International education, work experience, or exposure to global business environments.
