This position is open for candidates located in Medellin, Bogota, Barranquilla, Cartagena and Bucaramanga Lean Solutions Group is expanding its commercial team and is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our growth in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for professionals interested in building a long-term career in sales within a structured, high-performance environment. Job Profile Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients for Lean Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities for the sales team Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth Basic Education and Required Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting is preferred. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. Experience using CRM platforms to manage and track leads and opportunities. Goal-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach. Motivated by performance-based compensation and professional growth.
