We are partnering with a Y Combinator-backed AI company that is reshaping automotive retail operations. Our client develops AI-powered team members for car dealerships and auto repair businesses, streamlining customer interactions from end to end across voice and messaging channels.With the platform already live across hundreds of dealership locations worldwide, the business is scaling quickly within major automotive groups and establishing itself as a core AI infrastructure partner for dealership operations.This is a role with significant ownership, sitting at the intersection of client success, operational delivery, and commercial growth. You will manage a portfolio of Flemish-speaking dealership accounts, driving user adoption, resolving operational issues, and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention & Success Drive pilot programmes toward successful adoption and convert them into long-term commercial agreements Act as the main trusted contact for your assigned dealership portfolio, with a strong focus on retention and zero churn Stay ahead of client concerns, maintain disciplined follow-up, and ensure customers continue to see real value in the solution Monitor customer satisfaction and deliver measurable performance outcomes Revenue Expansion Lead commercial conversations around new site launches and additional use cases, turning expansion opportunities into signed rollouts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities early within existing dealership accounts Contribute directly to company growth by pursuing expansion in a commercially smart and value-led way Deployment & Implementation Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support successful rollouts Take ownership of the full implementation cycle, including kick-off, setup, training, and go-live Ensure launches are efficient, smooth, and repeatable across client environments Client-Focused Product Collaboration Turn client feedback into clear, actionable input for the Product and Engineering teams Build a strong understanding of the product so you can communicate its value effectively to clients Act as the link between client requirements and internal technical teams Collaborate seamlessly with technical colleagues responsible for workflows, configurations, and prompts Manage client expectations around product functionality and customisation optionsRequirementsRequired Qualifications Professional working proficiency in French to support bilingual dealership groups Fluent Flemish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills — this is the primary language requirement Strong project management skills, including structured planning, top-down thinking, tight timeline management, and cross-functional coordination Availability to start immediately or on short notice Professional working proficiency in English for internal communication Comfortable working with KPIs and data, including tracking performance, analysing metrics, and making informed decisions Willingness to travel regularly to dealership sites across Belgium 1–3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, operations or change consulting, or project/programme management with customer responsibility Calm and resourceful in solving problems independently, while knowing when to escalate strategically Willingness to learn the product in depth in order to explain value clearly and manage client expectations effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, AI, or fast-growing technology startup environments Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures Background in consulting, such as strategy, operations, or change management Degree from a leading business school or engineering university Automotive sector exposure, whether in dealerships, OEMs, or aftermarket businesses, is advantageous Entrepreneurial and execution-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven approachBenefits Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling AI startup backed by Y Combinator Performance-based bonus structure to be defined around key metrics such as retention, expansion, and rollout success Standard Belgian benefits package Direct exposure to advanced AI technology that is modernising a traditional industry Base salary of €60,000 – €65,000 gross per year Strong potential for career progression into senior customer success or revenue leadership roles as the company grows A high-ownership position with visible impact on revenue and overall growthKeller is a recruitment agency that provides services to clients ranging from startups and non profits to multinational corporations.
