Our client is looking for a technical and proactive GHL Specialist to manage platform operations, streamline workflows, and maintain complex CRM ecosystems. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for top talent based in Latin America. Role Details: - Location: Remote (Must be based in LATAM). - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. - Core Hours: Mountain Standard Time (MST) - Utah, USA. - Language: Advanced English (Fluent written and spoken). Native SPANISH. - Compensation: $1,300 - $1,600 USD/month (Based on experience and technical evaluation). Key Responsibilities: - GHL Architecture: Set up, customize, and manage GoHighLevel Snapshots and sub-accounts. - Automation: Build and troubleshoot complex workflows, triggers, and "if/else" conditions. - Funnel Building: Design and launch high-converting landing pages, funnels, and forms within the GHL builder. - Campaign Management: Execute and monitor email and SMS marketing sequences. - CRM & Pipelines: Maintain database hygiene, lead tagging, and pipeline stage automation. - Technical Support: Integrate 3rd party tools (Zapier, Mailgun, Twilio) and provide internal platform troubleshooting. Technical Requirements: - Proven Expertise: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience exclusively managing GoHighLevel. - Advanced GHL Skills: Deep understanding of Snapshots, Custom Values, and Custom Fields. - Communication: Ability to explain technical setups clearly in English. - Proactivity: Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
