Requirements and responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE Be the practical architect of operational excellence for GB Advisors clients, translating business requirements and project management proposals into robust, customized SaaS solutions, ensuring flawless technical configuration and platform integration (e.g., Monday, Freshworks) to maximize software adoption, generating success stories that directly drive customer loyalty and portfolio growth. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Functional Consulting and Solution Design (Strategic Focus) 1. Lead technical design sessions for Software Implementation Project (SIP) and Booster Week initiatives. This includes translating the client’s business processes into a functional, scalable platform configuration architecture aligned with the scope defined by the Project Manager. 2. Advise the client and Project Manager on SaaS platform best practices (Monday, Freshworks, etc.), proposing workflow optimizations, data modeling, and automation strategies. 3. Provide advanced technical consulting for integrating GB Advisors’ solution with the client’s IT ecosystem, designing data mappings and communication flows via APIs, Webhooks, or other methods. Technical Execution and Configuration (Hands-on Delivery): 4. Execute full technical configuration and customization of the SaaS platform (including custom fields, workflows, automations, business rules, and user permissions), ensuring 100% alignment with the approved design. 5. Manage initial data migration (upload, cleaning, and transformation of CSV, JSON files or via API) from source systems to the new platform, verifying data integrity. 6. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client. Resolve bugs or configuration issues identified within no more than 24 hours. Project Management and Delivery Quality: 7. Keep the technical project plan updated daily in the project management tool (Teamwork or other), logging time spent and the status of each technical task. 8. Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) of the configured solution before Go-Live, aiming for a Post-QA Error Rate below 5%. 9. Prepare and deliver the final technical documentation of the project, including configuration manuals, integration architecture, and support procedure guides for the Service Support team. 10. Deliver advanced technical training sessions to the client’s core team, ensuring they can manage the platform post-implementation. JOB PROFILE EDUCATION LEVEL & EXPERIENCE Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, functional or technical consulting, or Solutions Engineer roles in a SaaS environment. English level: Advanced (C1-C2) TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & HARD SKILLS 1. SaaS Platform Configuration and Administration: Must master advanced customization, business rule configuration, workflows, automations, and permission management in at least two key platforms (Monday, Freshworks, ServiceNow, BeyondTrust). 2. System Integration and APIs (REST/SOAP, Webhooks): Essential for connecting GB Advisors’ solutions with the client’s critical systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, HR systems). 80% of consulting value lies in integration. 3. Data Querying and Manipulation (SQL, JSON, CSV): Required for data migrations, cleansing, and pre-import transformations. A TIS must be able to write basic SQL queries to validate data in controlled environments. 4. Project Management Methodologies (SCRUM, ITIL, PMBoK): To ensure SIP (Software Implementation Project) execution follows a structured framework, meeting milestones and scope control. 5. Cybersecurity Knowledge and ITSM/CRM Concepts: Must have a solid foundation in ITIL/ITSM and basic cybersecurity concepts to understand the requirements of ServiceNow and BeyondTrust solutions and design functional support processes. 6. Scripting and Automation Languages (e.g., Basic Python/JavaScript): Useful for creating complex automations, data transformation scripts, or lightweight platform extensions. Not a development role, but scripting is a strong plus. 7. Project Management Tools (Teamwork, Jira or similar): Must use GB Advisors’ internal tool (Teamwork) as a single source of truth for traceability, task management, time logging, and project status communication.
