Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities include: Manage and support the Microsoft Mobile Client Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), ensuring secure and efficient mobile collaboration. Deploy and manage mobile apps; Troubleshoot mobile client issues; Enforce security and compliance policies; Provide user support and training. Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM); Familiarity with M365 mobile apps. Deployment and management of M365 mobile apps via Intune; Mobile security policy enforcement; Troubleshooting mobile sync and authentication issues; Integration with enterprise collaboration tools. English + German (C1) required; Degree in IT/Computing; Microsoft Certified: Mobility and Security; Experience in service desk, managed services, or EUC operations.
