Requirements and responsibilities


We are hiring a Growth Lead (Account Owner) to take full ownership of client accounts inside our paid media agency. This is not a typical account manager role. You will be responsible for: Strategy. Performance. Communication. Driving results. You will act as the CEO of each account you manage. Core Responsibilities: - Own Performance & Results. - Take full responsibility for account performance across Meta, Google, and other channels. - Understand key metrics daily (CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rates, etc.). - Identify problems quickly and take action without waiting for direction. - Lead Strategy. - Develop and execute clear growth strategies for each client. - Know exactly what is working, what is not working, and what we are testing next. - Continuously bring new ideas to improve performance. - Manage & Direct the Team. - Work with media buyers, designers, and strategists. - Assign clear tasks and deadlines. - Ensure execution happens at a high level. - Client Communication. - Be the main point of contact for clients. - Provide weekly updates (Loom or Slack) with performance insights, what is being worked on, and what is coming next. - Lead calls with confidence and clarity. - Planning & Organization. - Run each account with a clear weekly plan. - Maintain structured testing roadmaps. - Ensure all work is organized, tracked, and delivered on time. - Proactive Problem Solving. - Anticipate issues before they happen. - Solve problems quickly and independently. - Bring solutions, not just problems. Requirements: - Fluent English (written and spoken). - 2+ years experience managing paid media accounts (agency or in-house). - Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). - Experience with Google Ads is a plus. - Ability to analyze data and make decisions quickly. - Highly organized and detail-oriented.
