Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Copywriter (Conversion Focused) who can turn clear, persuasive copy into booked jobs and revenue. Your work will focus on crafting and optimizing copy across the full funnel — including websites, emails, ads, and SMS — with one primary goal: driving conversion and lifting performance metrics. This role is ideal for a strategic writer who can balance creativity with CRO best practices. You will maintain an open video workspace where the entire team stays connected throughout the day, enabling spontaneous collaboration, real-time problem-solving, and a strong sense of team cohesion regardless of location.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Landing Pages
Write and optimize copy for service pages, location pages, landing pages, FAQs, and offer pages.
Use benefit-driven, clear, empathetic language with strong calls-to-action.
Collaborate with SEO and CRO teams to test and improve copy effectiveness.
Email, SMS & Ad Copy
Develop high-performing campaigns and flows targeting leads, reactivation, membership, referrals, and more.
Write persuasive, on-brand ad copy for paid search and social platforms.
Align messaging across copy and landing experiences to boost conversion rates.
Qualifications:
5+ years writing performance-driven copy for web, email, or paid media.
Proven ability to drive measurable lift in conversion (bring examples).
Familiarity with test-and-learn environments and collaborating with CRO teams.
Clear, empathetic writing style geared toward homeowners or local audiences.
Excellent English — near-native fluency.
Comfortable remaining visually available during working hours as part of our team’s shared remote routine.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience writing for home services, local, or franchise businesses.
Knowledge in copy variations for A/B and multivariate tests.
Basic understanding of UX/CRO principles and how layout affects copy.
Experience working with designers, developers, or channel owners.
