🎯 Role Overview
This is a hands-on, experienced Salesforce Administrator role focused on daily operational excellence, user support, data integrity, and continuous improvement across our GTM tech stack.
While the minimum experience requirement remains 4+ years, this role is not junior and not project-only. We are looking for an Administrator who has already operated Salesforce in real, fast-moving production environments, can independently diagnose issues, and takes full ownership of improving how Salesforce supports Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership.
You will act as a trusted operational partner to RevOps, ensuring Salesforce runs cleanly, reliably, and efficiently every day.
🛠️ What You Will Be Responsible For
🔄 Day-to-Day Salesforce Operations (Core Ownership)
• 👤 Own end-to-end Salesforce administration: users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, fields, record types, page layouts, and security model.
• 🎧 Serve as the primary operational owner of Salesforce, handling daily user requests, issues, and troubleshooting with minimal oversight.
• 🧹 Maintain high data quality standards, enforcing validation rules, managing imports, auditing records, and leading cleanup initiatives.
⚙️ Automation & Operational Improvements
• 🔁 Design, build, and maintain production-grade declarative automations (Flows, approval processes, assignment and escalation rules) that support real operational workflows.
• 🔍 Proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, or friction in Salesforce usage and drive improvements without waiting for direction.
📊 Reporting, Visibility & Control
• 📈 Build and maintain operational and leadership dashboards that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, performance, and GTM execution.
• 🧠 Support Salesforce data for advanced analysis, forecasting, and decision-making in partnership with RevOps.
🤝 GTM & Cross-Functional Enablement
• 🔗 Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success as the Salesforce subject-matter expert for daily operations.
• 🚀 Own the technical Salesforce onboarding of new hires, ensuring fast adoption and minimal friction.

👤 Who You Are (Required)
• 🎓 Experienced Salesforce Certified Administrator
• 🕒 Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in production environments
• 🧩 Strong experience with standard Salesforce objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Assets, Campaigns)
• 🔧 Proven ability to manage daily Salesforce operations independently
• 🎯 Strong ownership mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• 🗣️ Clear, structured communicator capable of concise, confidence-building explanations
• 🧠 Solid understanding of RevOps and GTM operational workflows
⭐ Nice to Have
• 💼 Experience supporting SaaS sales and customer lifecycle operations
• 🔌 Hands-on exposure to GTM tools integrated with Salesforce
(HubSpot, Gong, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Celigo)
• 📊 Experience building decision-driven, operational dashboards
• 📑 Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots, data hygiene)
• 🧠 Active participation in Salesforce Trailhead and release cycles
