SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT London | Contract or Full-time Important before you apply: This role is built on communication. You will be facilitating change workshops, coaching senior leaders, and presenting impact assessments executives. About the role We place senior OCM consultants with clients across industries on IT related projects who are navigating significant transformation — system implementations, operating model redesigns, mergers, and cultural shifts. The OCM lead is not a support role here. You will own the people side of change from strategy through adoption, and you will do it in front of people who are skeptical of change management until you make them believers. What you'll do • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to program objectives • Lead stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations • Design and facilitate change champion networks, leadership alignment sessions, and employee town halls in English • Build and execute communication plans that are clear, timely, and audience-appropriate • Coach senior leaders and people managers on their role in driving adoption • Track adoption metrics and adjust strategy based on resistance signals and feedback • Work alongside PM leads to ensure change activities are integrated into the overall project plan What we're looking for • 6+ years of OCM experience with a focus on enterprise transformation in financial services or technology • Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent change management methodology expertise • Proven ability to facilitate executive-level sessions and navigate organizational politics • Experience designing change communication strategies and employee-facing content • Strong written skills— you will be drafting communications, talking points, and executive briefs directly • Comfort working in ambiguity and influencing without authority • What sets you apart • You've led OCM on a program where leadership was resistant and you turned it around • You can explain what change management is and why it matters to a skeptical CFO
