Requirements and responsibilities

About the role: - We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Bing, and Display/Programmatic channels. - You will act as the key link between the Customer Experience team and Paid Media team, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and delivered on time. Responsibilities: - Manage and track campaign tasks across multiple accounts. - Assign work and ensure clear ownership across teams and contractors. - Keep projects on schedule through proactive follow-ups. - Coordinate between Customer Experience and Paid Media teams. - Support campaign execution (ad copy, keyword research, audience targeting). - Track timelines and maintain documentation in tools like Asana. - Identify and improve workflow inefficiencies. Requirements: - Experience in project management within digital marketing or advertising. - Familiarity with paid media (social, search, and/or programmatic/display). - Experience managing remote teams or contractors. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, etc.). Nice to have: - Digital marketing agency experience. Success looks like: - Campaigns delivered on time with minimal follow-up. - Clear ownership and alignment across teams. - Organized, scalable workflows. - Strong coordination between Customer Experience and Paid Media.
