Requirements and responsibilities

• Provides consultation on-site to clients relating to organizational structure, operational processes, compliance, regulatory issues, staff delivery models, billing, policy and procedure development, and QAPI. • Develops educational programs and written material directed at provider clinical staff; conducts clinical and regulatory research to provide expert advice to customers; designs, develops and facilitates the implementation of operational/clinical strategies to improve the customer’s operations and bottom-line results. • On an interim basis may fill agency management role for administration, operations, compliance, QAPI/Education and other clinical services. • Provides significant resources and leadership to employees and sub-contractors.
