Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Data Analyst based in Colombia to turn complex data into strategic insights that drive business decisions. This role goes beyond reporting — you will be responsible for extracting key insights, building executive-level reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve operations using data and AI tools in a remote environment. Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities Develop and deliver executive-level reports and actionable insights to support operations and leadership Build and optimize dashboards to track KPIs and business performance Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve processes and outcomes Leverage AI tools to automate analysis, reporting, and data workflows Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems Requirements Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools Experience creating high-level reports for decision-making (operations or leadership) Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, or similar) to improve efficiency Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong English communication skills Must be based in Colombia
