You understand that great social design isn't just pretty... it's purposeful. You know how to design for the feed and for the algorithm: what stops a scroll, what earns a save, and what makes someone hit follow. You're fluent in the aesthetics of TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, and you bring a beauty-world sensibility to every pixel.This position will be 10-20 hours per month.VIDEO EDITORWe're looking for a beauty obsessed, algorithm enthusiasit Video Editor to work with our team and take our social presence to the next level. You live on TikTok and Instagram, you know exactly what makes someone stop mid-scroll, and you have the editing chops to make it happen... fast, consistently, and beautifully. This role sits at the heart of our content engine, turning raw footage into thumb-stopping moments that drive views, followers, and love for our brand.This position will be 10-20 hours per month. Bonus points if you can step in front of the camera, too.
