Peak Performance HR is currently seeking a Freelance Independent Recruitment Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment initiatives on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource and engage candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach)Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checksMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processProvide market insights and hiring recommendationsEnsure compliance with all applicable employment standards and recruitment regulationsQualifications:Valid Ontario Recruiter License and Ontario Business Number ARE REQUIREDMinimum of 5 years’ experience in agency and/or corporate recruitmentDemonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across various roles and industriesStrong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentIf you are a results-driven recruitment professional looking for flexible freelance opportunities, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
