We are open to Junior Reps (1-3 years) or Senior Reps (5+ years)DescriptionResponsibilities will include:Visiting active construction sites and apartment buildings within the Bay AreaIntroduce our value, set up a meeting with senior rep; our objective is to provide construction projects with skilled trades, labor and safety support; We also provide maintenance technicians to apartment communities.Build relationships with active superintendents and project teamsMeet or exceed sales metrics for meetings, contacts and proposalsRequirementsBe comfortable & assertive for site visitsBe disciplined in follow up, follow through and focus on providing value for the ClientAttend tradeshows/conventions, networking events and events to network with othersUnderstand the value of staying relevant without badgeringCandidates with a growth mindset and those with a history of success in the "hunt" are encouraged to apply.BenefitsCompensation will also include commission in addition to base salary.InsuranceDentalHealthVision
