We are looking for a Patient Sales Coordinator to support patient conversion, enrollment, and communication efforts across our clinical programs.This role focuses on building relationships with prospective patients, following up on inquiries, guiding individuals through our services, and increasing enrollment in our GUIDE Program, coaching services, and provider consultations.The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, proactive, and confident communicating with patients and families navigating cognitive health concerns. This person will also act as a key liaison between the marketing team and the medical/operations team to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and patient experience throughout the enrollment journey.ResponsibilitiesPatient Outreach & EnrollmentRespond to incoming patient inquiries and leads promptlyConduct outbound follow-up calls, emails, and messagesEducate prospective patients about consultations, coaching services, and GUIDE Program offeringsGuide patients through scheduling and enrollment processesFollow up with eligible patients to support GUIDE Program enrollment completionMaintain consistent communication and relationship-building with prospective patients and familiesCoordination & OperationsServe as the communication bridge between marketing and medical/operations teamsCoordinate outreach efforts with clinic scheduling capacity and operational workflowsProvide feedback regarding patient concerns, trends, and conversion barriersMaintain accurate documentation and communication records in internal systemsTrack outreach activity, conversions, and enrollment metricsIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding and patient conversion workflowsCommunity & Growth SupportSupport clinic growth initiatives through structured outreach effortsAssist with community relationship-building and patient engagement initiatives when neededFour core tasks: Handle incoming new patient calls, reaching out to people who have been contacted Closing sales from interested people Source the current pool of patients that might be eligible for the medicare program Re-engaging with patients Offering the GUIDE programRequirementsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsSales experienceEmpathetic and compassionate.
