Payroll Associate Rotating schedule: Monday to Friday, availability from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Salary: 2.800.000M COP - Full Time Contract (All Legal Colombian Benefits + Company Benefits) Work location: Onsite Envigado if living in Antioquia area/department / Onsite Barranquilla if living in Atlantico area/department About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Payroll Associate to join our Execupay team. This is a fast‑paced role that requires strong analytical ability, quick decision‑making, and exceptional client service. You will be responsible for the accurate processing and recording of payrolls while providing expert support to clients across different payroll environments. Responsibilities Schedule and manage multiple client payroll cycles. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with regulations. Demonstrate solid understanding of payroll taxation. Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly. Prepare accurate quarter‑end and year‑end payroll reports. Provide ad‑hoc payroll reports to clients as needed. Support clients in time & attendance, payroll processing, and payroll reporting. Respond to client inquiries related to payroll systems and processes. Manage and coordinate client projects. Handle inbound calls and communications with a strong customer‑service approach. Coordinate payroll activities from start to finish with clients. Deliver high‑quality customer service through thorough follow‑up and accountability. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. English B2, C1 or C2 (Required) 1+ year of customer service experience. Strong phone presence and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Strong organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
