Our brands include:Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique in Bentonville, Fayetteville, and Siloam SpringsThrift Out in SpringdaleBold Lives Men’s Thrift, launching in 2026We are committed to operating with multiple bottom lines, advancing the Kingdom of God, and building a values-focused community through every initiative.Internship OverviewThis internship offers a reciprocal opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience for the student while contributing meaningfully to the mission of PB414 by helping us tell beautiful stories through design visuals.This experience is ideal for someone:Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & InDesign), or similar design tools.Detail oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory.Passion for fashion, thrift, and purpose-driven work.Strong verbal and written communication skills are a mustAbility to take feedback and adapt quickly in a collaborative environment.Will need to have your own laptop for work assignments.Location: Mostly remote, with the ability to meet 1-2 times/week at a local coffee shopSchedule and time commitment:10 hours/weekFlexible scheduleStart date: TBD upon acceptance of offer. We are currently accepting applications for the Fall Internship terms.Reports to: Marketing DirectorKey ResponsibilitiesCurated Fashion Mood Boards: Create seasonal and thematic mood boards to inspire and support merchandising decisions and storytelling for in-store fashion collections.In-Store Signage: Design beautiful and branded signage to drive customer engagement and support promotional efforts, pricing, events, and seasonal themes.Campaign Support: Assist with visual elements for sales campaigns, including store Flips, new arrivals, and community-focused events.Digital Media: Design Facebook Event Pages and/or social post templates aligned with our brand voice and campaign goals.What You’ll GainInterns at Purpose Brands 414 have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
