Requirements and responsibilities
In this role, you will:Produce client sign-off drawings with detailed room layouts and key dimensionsCreate individual panel drawings for CNC machining and fabricationDevelop accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using SolidWorksCoordinate drawing outputs with external CNC machining partnersMaintain revision control and manage multiple drawing projectsYou bring:Proficiency in SolidWorks for technical drafting and modellingExperience producing manufacturing-ready or fabrication-ready drawingsStrong understanding of dimensioning, tolerances, and technical drawing standardsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independentlyStrong organizational and documentation management skillsPreferred (but not required):CNC machining workflow experienceBackground in cabinetry, joinery, fittings, or manufacturing💼 Role Details:Position: Technical Drafter – SolidWorks (1 opening)Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)Schedule: Flexible during Greenwich Mean Time business hoursRate: $8.17 USD/hourLocation: Remote (Permanent Work From Home)Potential: Opportunity to transition to full-time based on workload and performance
