About the Role: We are hiring an ELD Specialist to support drivers and operations teams with ELD systems, compliance, and troubleshooting. You will play a key role in ensuring FMCSA compliance, accurate logs, and smooth day-to-day operations across our fleet. What You Will Do: - Provide support for ELD systems (setup, troubleshooting, usage). - Train drivers on Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD best practices. - Monitor logs and identify compliance issues. - Assist with DOT and FMCSA compliance requirements. - Respond to driver questions and resolve ELD-related issues. - Work with vendors or internal teams to fix recurring problems. Required Skills: - ELD systems. - FMCSA regulations. - Hours of Service (HOS). - Driver support / troubleshooting. - Communication. What We Are Looking For: - 1+ year experience with ELD systems or trucking operations. - Strong understanding of FMCSA and compliance rules. - Comfortable supporting drivers and resolving issues. - Organized and able to manage multiple requests. - Strong communication skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with telematics platforms. - Training or onboarding experience. - Multilingual communication. Compensation: - $1,000 – $2,000/month (depending on experience).
