Requirements and responsibilities


• Support HR Department with manual entries and adjustments for employees (existing and new) in payroll processor database • Support with payroll related activities, including collection, review, and adjustment of time cards and analyzing available time off • Perform other duties as assigned • Distribute and collect background check and drug screening authorization forms, employment applications and other documents from job applicants and potential candidates, including temps • Submit background check report requests for potential candidates to background check company and monitor completion • Coordinate drug testing completion with candidates • Assist with insurance elections processes such as open enrollment and any adjustments of current elections and benefits • Assist with 401(k) retirement plan administration (paperwork distribution and collection) • Performs other duties as assigned
