Requirements and responsibilities

- Collect loan documentation from the client. - Upload provided documents from the client to Encompass. - Work on conditions with the processor and client once the file is approved. - Resolve any missing information or concerns about a file. - Follow up with the Processor, Appraisal desk, or Loan Officer about the file’s condition. Requirements: - Great customer service and supervising skills. - Detail-oriented, very organized, and experienced in managing people. - Fully bilingual English/Spanish, with a minimum C1 level required. - Full-time availability. Schedule: - Monday - Friday. - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. About contracting and salary compensation: - Salary Compensation: $2,000 - $2,500 per month (entry salary). Job Type: Full-time. Experience: - Loan officer: 2 years (Required). - Encompass: 3 years (Required). - Work Location: Remote.
