Role Description: We are looking for a very strong candidate to work with us and help exceptional candidates find strong jobs. We are looking to build a company with a strong talent bar. The Role: You are calling and talking many US talents to understand if they are looking to move and help them in the first steps of helping them get a job through Clera. There are strong performance-based bonuses and career progression opportunities. This is not a typical sales role. Instead, we are looking for someone who likes to connect with talents, to have a big impact and shape the role for our company. Your Experience: ● You have worked in a client-facing role with the US market / customers before ● You have worked in sales / recruiting / professional sports before and have proven that you have a high resilience ● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. ● Experience in recruiting or sales, e.g., managing lead lists or interviewing candidates. ● Experience in fast-paced environments. ● Openness for a start-up with its scrappy processes. ● Bonus: You have experience working with a power-dialer / CRM tool before.
